one more for tires

hi everyone. i spended some time on the net trying to find the best tires for my needs and all i got is comfusion so if any one can help thanks in advance.my miles are 90% street ( usualy in bad condition ) and 10% mug or snow. my driving is not at the limmit and all i want is good handling especially on wet and secondary quiet comfort travel. on my serch i found that bridgestone turanza LS-h ( 235/60/16) are maybe the best option. is that correct or am i wrong? replies from experience will be much help to me thank you all.

Firestone (#12) was rated excellent in wet braking, along with #1 and #3
Wet braking was considered Very Good in #s 2, 5, 7, 11, 18, and 19.
Snow traction was considered Excellent in #s 8, 10, 15, 17, and 21
Resistance to hydroplaning was Excellen in #s 3 and 20
Ride was best for 5, 7, 8, 11, and 17. None were considered excellent
Road noise was best for 2, 4, 7, 10, 11, and 15-17. None were excellent
Even though not rated by CR, I bought Michelin X-Radial LT and like them alot at Costco (brand loyalty). They had great exit gaps in the tread out the sides to get water out and prevent hydroplaning. They are quiet and ride really nice (I have a 4Runner). Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get anyone to let you try various tires on your vehicle without buying them.
