My 99 T/A has the 500 watt monsoon system in it. The 4 tweeters and 4 mids are in fine condition, but the subs are both blown. I dont have a lot of money to invest into the system at the moment, so all I want to do is replace the subs with a aftermarket sub that has the matched watts; The only problem is, I dont know what the watts are for the sub, so I have no idea what to replace them with. I know they are duel voice coil and run 4 ohm, thats all i know. Any help would be much much appreciated!

Not sure if you can find an aftermarket sub that small. Odds are, if you want to stay with the factory system, then you'll either have to get new ones from the dealer, or find some on ebay. Other than that, all I could recommend is just getting some regular speakers from wal-mart for the time being and do w/o the subs, that is if you're on a tight budget.

Could also try a salvage yard for replacements. Let me know if you would like me to look threw my search engine for you but also which speakers (as in location in car) are the one's you need?

Rockford Fosgate, they make subs for 4th gen that fit in the factory mounts. One of my friends did this with his 99ss, too bad they got trashed when he got hit broadside by a bus going 70mph.
