p1255 ect sensor

my check engine light came on with the code 1255; i know i need to replace the sensor my question is do i need to go to the dealer to get the part or can i go somewhere else. also where is it located.

Get one from the dealer (00+ ones are green and are about 10.00 for the ect and o-ring.)
