Helllllp!!!

hello and i need help!!! i have a 1991 regal 3.8, that will not start, has good spark, will start with starting fluid then stall, i noticed it does not prime when i turn the key on,checked the relay its good, checked the prime wire off the ECM and its not putting out a signal, if i jump the fuel pump it makes 50psi but will not start! it seems to be something with the fuel injectors not getting the signal to fire, i checked the crank, and cam sensors found the cam sensor not working so i replaced it, crank sensor is working, also cant scan for any codes because the service engine light is not working, i checked the light and its good so i dont know whats going on with that!!! i even put another ECM in with the same resolts. any help would be great i have been dealing with this for a year now and i would like to start driving this car again. thank you

Check all the pcm/ign fuses, do you have power to the pcm? Get a wiring diagram and look at how the pcm is powered you have no injector pulse and no command to the fuel pump, does the car have some kind of security system or hidden kill switch, look at all these issues.

I FOUND IT11111 it was the main power going to the ECM when it was in the dealer when i first purchased it for a no start, they did a testing on the ECM and punched several small holes in a bunch of wires and they turned green and broke,so i got out the soldering iron and fixed several wires, hit the key and bingo! thanks for all the help MAXWEDGE
