bad fuel mileage

92 ford festiva fuel injected auto,only getting 27 miles to the gallon.runs good no misses but only 27 mpg.whats wrong?allready tuned up.

I guess you should start with the little stuff. Air filter, fuel filter, injector cleaner, and grease everything up. You would probably see something of an increase.

also try a new o2 sensor... that helps determine how much fuel is dumped into your engine and if it hasnt been replaced in many years, its readings can be off causing milage to go down...
