95-96 VS 97-00 Body part differences

I just bought a 96 avenger and the front bumper has a crack in the lower spoiler, both fenders are dented, and the headlights are foggy.. I like the 97-00 bumper style better.. what do i need to change? headlights, fenders, and bumper? and if i get the required parts, would it all be bolt up? Also, i know the rear bumper and trunklid are different, any other parts?
