taking doors apart?

i've gotten the door pannels off of my 92 EX 4D, but i need to figure out how to get at the gear in the window that pushes it up so i can replace it. the top two teeth have broken off and that's causing it to go up at an angle and jam alot...

so does anyone know how to take a door apart?

u cant. u just unbolt the window off take it out then take out about 6 screws to get the window lift mechanism out
