front of the car shaking when breaking

All front of my 96 century is shaking when i hit the brake at 70 mph. Please help me...

Does the steering wheel shake at all? do the brakes pulsate? My guess is you have warped rotors and maybe bad alignment.

Like Century 2000 says it sounds like your rotors are warped. You can get new ones for $12 each from "Northern Auto" online and when you put new rotors on you should also replace the front pads also. These prices are for a 91 Century but I'm sure they they wouldnt be much higher for a 96.
