Cold Air Intake

I have an Airaid cold air intake and an airaid throttle body spacer on my 97 Tahoe. I keep on getting misfires driving on the interstate. I took it to the dealership and there were no codes in the computer excpept it said the timing was off and the air/fuel ratio was off. They fixed the timing but could not fix the air/fuel ratio because they said they couldn't do it since I had the intake and tbs on. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I could do or what could be my problem? I have replaced all plugs, wires, rotor and dist. cap with ac delco parts and that still hasn't solved the misfire.

so i imagine you took out the stock airbox. the stock airbox drws cooler air in from outside the engine compartment, that airraid doesnt. the system is prolly having a hard time mixing the right amount of fuel with that hot air. Of couse this could all be a big load of crap, but it makes sense to me.
