wipers dont work- other problems!!

hey everyone, i just bought an alero for a winter car (summer car is s2000) and the wipers dont work, i tried replacing the fuse, and it blew, tried again, blew again. im just wondering if any of you guys have heard of this and what should i do to fix it. thanks! I also have a problem where the hvac blower is not working, i bought a new blower resistor becasue thats what the common problem is, so hopefully that works once i replace it, also my rear defroster doesnt work, and all the fuses are good, and the light turns on when i hit the button, it just doesnt defrost, any common problems with that? sorry for all the questions, these are just really strange problems!

We can start with the rear defroster. There is a moduel that is on the passenger side rear piller, thats would be probley the cause of that. About the wipers, look at the moter, if some wires are crossed, the fues will blow. I can almost ganentee its the modeul(sp) that is causeing your rear defroster is not working.
