Tiptronic kick in transmission when downshift

I have a 2003 1.8T tiptronic, 30000 miles only. When I slow down as if to stop, and the tranny shifts down (4-3-2) I feel an unusual kick when it shifts the gear (not in tip mode). Is this mechanical (loose mounting) or can it be the TCM (electeronic)?
