93 wrangler ignition lock replacement

Dear members,

I live in the Netherlands (europe) ,and i have a 93 wrangler tilt steering in my cj 7 in witch the ignition lock is bad !!!

I see them for sale on the net for about 20 to 30 dollars, but when i want to order nobody is willing to ship it to me !!!

Please help me,

Any tips on how to replace it are welcome.
