Rear Wiper Problem

I have a prob with my '02 Explorer. The Rear Wiper just refuses to turn off. I have checked fuses, played with the rear wiper switch....on occasion got it to turn off...but it just starts right up again. Also, it doesnt let out any wiper fluid most of the time...then sometimes magically it will.....

Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would definately be checking the switch first. If the problem is intermittant, or you can sometimes make it stop, a switch is usually at the root.

bit of a newbie, but willing to learn and try.... How would I g about doing that?
