My car sounds like an airplane?

Ok, lately i have noticed that if i am just slowing down with my foot on the clutch (so im just coasting) that as i get slower, i hear a faint sound that sounds like a airplane propeller slowing down with the engine off (i dont know if that made since to anyone). I'm thinking i might have a bearing going out in a wheel, but i know next to nothing about wheels/suspension and such. So if anyone knows what the hell im talking about, please respond

I had a similar problem w/ my car. 3 different ppl told me it was a bearing. check if your back (or front ) tires are choppy on the inside edge. thats what was wrong w/ mine.
