Removing Injectors from 3.0 V6

I have a 95 Nissan Pickup with the 3.0 V6 which has a bad injector. I have started tearing into the project and have both fuel rails insight. My question is, do I need to remove the fuel rail to access the injectors or do I remove the injectors by taking the phillips screws off the top? Any insight would help or at least some direction as to where I can find this info. Thanks.
