Now that my 69 camaro is finished it's time to start a new project. And while I was at my LHS today for glue and thinner. I found this on their shelf for the first time in a looooong time and had to get it and start on it right away. It's the hasagawa kit. I will be painting it cayman green, and I am planning on adding a Mugen front lip. Now I need you guys oppinions on which set of rims I should use on this one. let me know what you think set 1 or set 2. thanks a lot guys..............*Ryan*

I love those bronze wheels too, but I think it looks too big for that small Civic.

Ya I do agree That although I love the look of the first set of rims that they are just a tad bit too big. So I dug through my parts box and came up with this third set. I am leaning towards this third set I really like the look of them on here. anyway what do you guys think.............*Ryan*

go with the te37s, but they do look a bit too big, not really though.

Geez, I've not seen one of these around in ages :grinno:
Those TE-37's look huge. I(we)'ve found the Hasagawa kit to be a bit underscale to begin with, and with such a little car they look kinda like those funny diecasts you can get. I really like the third set though I've always been a bit curious on how strong they'd be 1:1.

the size of the 3rd set fit it better, but about the style, I would said the te37. so size or style, your pick.

I think I'mg onna stick with the third set. Although I do like the style of the TE-37's To me they just look to out of scale. And I don't think the style of the third set looks too bad so I think i'll be satisfied with them. LOL Will ya didn't you have one of these going a loooooooooooooong time ago, man it was so long ago that i think it's half way down the first page here, lol. I think Johem has built a couple of these at some point to, but that was ages ago, lol....................*Ryan*

Thanks a lot Josh. Ya i'm satisfied with the strut brace. It's my first one and theres a few imperfections with it but it was a learning process so that just means the next one will be that much better :naughty: ..................*Ryan*

Here's a few more updated pics of this one. I've got the suspension all done now and sittin the way I want it, got the side markers done on the body. Now I just need to finish up the interior and get the chassis detailing done and she will be all wrapped up. I also found the spoon style steering wheel that I wanted. Well I hope you guys like how it's turning out so far. There hasn't been too much interest in this build of mine so far, maybe cause there are a lot of these being built right now, willimo has one going and so does joeham. but anyway here are the pics..............*Ryan*

The Revell rims look great under there. Are you going to end up using them?

Thats very true Will That does tend to be the car of choice around here. Ya I am going to be using the type R rims on here I may end up painting them a defferent color but I'm not sure just yet. And bkvj, ya the strut tower brace probly is a little too tall but it was my first attempt at scratchbuilding one so I don't think it looks too bad. It was a learning experiance and that just means that the next time I build one it will be even better. Thanks for the comments guys.............*Ryan*

Whoa! That was crazy, i actually have those Revell ITR wheels and was playing around with them on my other EG i have completed. I'd say you spray some gunmetal on those ITR's and call it a day;)
I like how they go along with the color of the car;) The interior looks good, only thing i could point out is for next time you might want to fill on those holes on the back of the seats.

I have the dash just about finished now. I still need to add the instrument cluster and I want to do a little bit more detailing on the dash but she is almost done. My spoonish style steering wheel is installed. I am working on the center console right now and then it's onto trying to add some detail to the door panels as they are extremely plain in this kit. anyway here are the pics............*Ryan*
