D16Y8 intake manifold on a D16Z6 and b series throttle body

I have a D16Z6 with intake header and exhaust and am getting a cam soon and i have heard that the D16Y8 intake manifold flows better than my Z6 is the Y8 manifold worth getting and if it is can i still use my fuel rail injectors and throttle body. and i have heard that since my car is a 5 speed i need and intake manifold from a car that was a 5 speed. and i want a new throttle body and people tell me that b series throttle bodies will fit d series motors i want a 60 mm throttle body what b series throttle body will fit and is it a simple bolt on like will all the stock sensors plug in and will i still be able to use my intake.
