Hi there, i just got done switching the power steering pump, cause the old one was bad. After i put the one on, i found out that it's leaking from the pressure line (at the end, where the fitting and bolt goes in)
Now, that i know it's better to reuse the fitting that i already had on the old one, but that fitting didn't fit into tha new one so i just have to use the new fitting, is that the reason why it leaked???? I need some advice or suggestion. Thank you!

I;m having a pressure hose problem also. You probably fixed it by now, but question -- how did you remove the pump. I cant get at the upper mounting bolt form the bottom.
Thanks for any advise

You need skinny arms and long fingers but you can reach it from below with an open end wrench, turning the bolt about 1/4 revolution at a time. Did you remove the bottom crossmember? Gives you more room under the car.

Thanks, Got it done and no leaks! I wouldnt want to do it again. Yes i removed the cross memeber. I found it easier to take off the pump to get at the hose connection
