Alrite, ive recently brought a zest 3 106 privately.I was driving around the other day and i checked the floor behind the drivers seat and it was soaking - i checked it out and it wasnt petrol because i wudve smelt it but it doesnt smell like anything which the car uses.I dont have a clue what it cud be.It then dried up and was fine 4 about a week and then it did it again. It defintely isnt rain because ive sat in the car once its been raining and it isnt wet, its when im driving about for long times.anyone know what it cud be?thanks hm123

Have you got a sunroof?
Are the window seals and door seals ok?
Do the doors shut firm and leave a equal gap all round? if not it may be a bent door due to attempted break in which means the door doesnt seal allowing rare occasions of water to come in.
Best thing to do, is get a jetwash using only clean water no soap etc and fire it close around the doors, windows seals and sunroof. you may have a leaky seal which is causing a build up of water in the roof lining or somewhere.
Have you checked under the car for holes/rust?
Common occurance on the 306 is a leaky heater maxtrix into the front footwell or sunroof leaking into interior light but this is in the rear so the mind boggles.
