heating or cooling?

I need some advice on my car, I have a 1995 oldsmobile eighty eight, when I turn on my heat, driver side is warm, passenger side is cold, when the ac is turned on it will blow like the heater is on for a while then go cold. what is wrong?

it is most likely a temperature door actuator. Cost about $65 at the dealer. About $130 at dealer to install.
