89 prelude si turbo

how much will the ludespeed turbo will cost for everything. including shipping and labor. what area is ludespeed anyways? problems that are expected? i have an 89 prelude si, i want to do some mods with it w/out swapping the engines. pls give me as many info as you can cause it will help me. ty.
