radio wire help

hey guys whats up i gotta question to ask i have a 01 eclipse gs i was gonna put in an aftermarket radio but the car was used and when i went to put the radio in i saw that everything was hard wired and wasnt paying attention to the way it was put together my problem is all the wires that connect to the radio from the car are all black and it seems that person who did the radio job before had no idea what the hell he/she was doing cuz all the wires goin into the front end of the car wer all spliced and diff color wires were added on along the way and i dont wanna take off my dash board and all that but i was wondering if you guys had any idea on where the wiring harness itself connects into the car sorry if im not giving enough detail on the subject im just explaining on how much i no but any help would be good and also how much it would cost for the part and what the part is called thanks
