Í bought this off Ebay a couple of years back from an Australian philatelist ... can't remember how much it cost, or indeed where it came from, although judging by the cyrillic lettering ... some 'stan' ... Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, etc. ... anyone else seen it, or know the provenance?
