89 continental

hi all i um got a used contnental i need some help with the air sturts i had someone look at it and they said all me struts pumped up but the front right one didn't so i brought another one and the car still won't pump up i also got another dryer but when he was messing with the dryer he droped a little round plastic thing and coulden't find it i think it was orange i think it was to help seal the dry to the little hole it fits into the blows out air. ( sorry i know nothing about cars) um but im sick of driving it around dragging on the ground so i parked it 3 months ago i was told there is a way to manually inflat the struts till i buy a new compressor is this true?
