Does anyone have a definitive list of all the F1 models produced in scale (1/12th, 1/18th, 1/24th, 1/43rd/ 1/64th and 1/87th) from ALL manufacturers, i.e PMA/Minichamps, Autobarn, Profile, Studio24, Maisto and Guiloy?

Haha...good luck on that one!
I've collected McLaren models for 10 years and I still have problems remebering them all from time to time.
There are so many custom builds that are produced in limited quantities and there are also many models who are plain mystery and special releases. Even the "World of Minichamps" book failed to mention all of theirs, and they made them!
I sold all of mine 1:43, 1:64 and 1:87.
Only kept GTR prototype and West #8 in 1:43.
Christophe has one of the best 1:43 collections I've ever seen (even bigger than mine, I had only complete Minichamps in 1:43) as he has all the Autobarns, Minichamps and also the Ixo's I think.

I somehow knew you'd respond! ;)

Ixo made F1's?

Indeed it's really difficult to list all mclarens that were made. I still have all 1/87, 1/64 and 1/43 minichampsmodels that were made. I sold some of my 1/12's and 1/18's because i didn't have to space for them.

I also got some of the Studio24 kits but these are too expensive IMHO

then there are some other kits from provence moulage and renaissance. I only got one made by rosso for me. That's it.

Autobarn released another 30 models at the moment, i'm missing 2 of them i think. Really hard to find since only 25 of them were made. The Le Mans 95 testcar will be made soon for our little autobarn forum.

and yes, ixo made the 95 Le Mans winnner, it isn't bad and they promised more of them in the near future....

If anyone just has to have one of these the following are still available at a shop in Belgium:
1/24 F1-GTR "Gulf" LM 1996
1/24 F1 GTR "Loctite/EMI" Team Davidoff LM 1998
1/24 Mclaren F1 GTR "Gulf" LM/SUZUKA 1997
1/24 Mclaren F1 GTR "Marlboro" Zhuhai 1996
Prices are a bit extreme at ~$210 each...

It wasn't domino where I saw them but thanks for pointing them out because their site lists 3 different kits for the "Marlboro" 1996 Zhuhai cars:
STU FK2473 Lehto Weaver Bellm @ 120€
STU FK2473A Raphael Brabham @ 120€
STU HP2402 @ 155€

Any idea what is different about HP2402? I've never seen this one listed at other sites and it is not in any of the Studio 27 lists that I have.

:)

Studio27 did a limited run on all their long tail kits last year, most of them were scooped up pretty quickly, but there are still some around.

the longtails are still in supply from S27 and can be found everywhere. The difficult to find are the 96 Fina's and maybe the Marlboro. None are worth more than 140 US.
