I have a 01 civic LX and was looking for a new ECU. I see that AEM EMS is the same (part number) for:
01+ civic
02+ civic SI/RSX base model
02+ RSX Type-S
In what way this EMS can hadle all of those models no matter the D-series engines turn differently than the K-series?
Plus it says don't control the temperature gauges and the A/C. If I use this AEM EMS how I can control the temperature gauges and the A/C?
P.S.
An RSX ECU can be installed on a 01+ Honda civic?

To modify, program, high performance...
As with many others Honda/Acura models have much parts interchangeable from a car to the other, maybe the ECU of the RSX can be installed on the CIVIC.

the aem ems and many other engine management systems are used to control the fuel and timing maps plus many other things. basically, if you dont have the mods to need to make these changes, then your throwing money at the birds.
