Tahoe Keyless entry

I want to disable the keyless entry and imobilisation for my 2000 tahoe. Does anyone know how you do this? I have one fob left and If I loose this one I will be in trouble. I am based in the UK and don't really need the fob or immobiliser. Thanks

Why not just buy extra remotes?
