my brother total my car last saturday.
my question is, i just replaced the engine, i had a 4g63t 2g motor that died, so i put in another one, the car had 118k miles, but the new engine has 40,000, i just had it installed in sep-8-05, would the insurance people give me that money back or not, or did any1 had a insurace claim befor?

Probably not, nobody really benefits from wrecking a car.
Nor do you ever really get anything back... unless you've got a classic car with huge list of documentation stating it's worth X amount.
