Panasonic CQ-VD7500U good or bad???

do any of you guys own the Panasonic CQ-VD7500U. i would like to know if it is any good. also in the specs it says that you can only watch DVD well you are stoped and the parking brake is on. this is ez to by pass right??? Thanks in advance Hellbringer
