Remove Engine Panel

I just bought a used 1991 Astro Van. Several people cannot remove the engine panel for me to service the motor. What the secreat??

Once you get past the dash trim that needs removed, there are two large screws that hold the doghouse in place. You can use either a large flat blade screwdriver to loosen them, or the proper sized socket and extention.
