yes it is an sohc. i would love to keep the car and do the motor swap....among many other things. i just dont have the money to put it in right now. once i get out of debt ill get a vr4 by then ill be 25 and my insurance will go down. i just got a 97 pathfinder a couple months ago and im trying to pay it off quick. i live in western NY so i need something that will stay on the road in the winter.
