94' Explorer 4X2 suspension squeeks

My 94 Explorer had been stationary for a few weeks untill today when I finaly got it to start but I noticed when I drove it, that everytime I would go over a speed bump or pull into a parking lot, it seemed to make like a squeeking noise almost like if you were to bounce on the coils of an old mattress kind of noise (that's the best that I can describe it) from the front of the vehicle. I was wondering if their was a lubricant solution I could use on the coils or any help to correct the embarasing noise.
Thank you.

does this happen when you are stepping on the brakes or just when it jostles up and down. If it is when you brake you may need new pads. if it is when the car bounces, most moving parts on the car are lubricated via a grease gun.

Your front sway bar has two bushings held to the frame by u-brackets. I'm willing to bet you a shiny new penny that if you pulled these two bushings off the sway bar and lubed them where they contact the sway bar, the noise stops. Good luck with it.

You know what? Thats exacly it. But what the problem is, is when I was adding transmission fluid at night when light in the engine compartment was limited and some leaked down into the suspension parts. With a good rinse from the hose to the undercarege, I solved the problem.
Thanks ;)
