does anyone no the troubleshoot code 411 on the 1998 cadillac catera and does anyone now how to fix that problem

are you referring to a DTC #P0411?
(and sorry about the delay in post; don't usually end up in here)
that is a Secondary Air Injection code. basically a small air pump that injects clean/recycled air into the exhaust manifold.
the catera being a european vehicle background would have this similar to Volvos and VWs.
check your ground strap and fuses before buying an expensive unit, but also check the mounting areas and the hoses connecting to the unit, as vibration could cause the air pump not to function and hoses the are clogged may cause a code.
