Is this a good amp?

I've got CDT EF-61 components which are rated at 120 RMS. I asked someone on another board what amp I should get to power them, and this was the suggestion I got:

Are Infinity amplifiers good? Or is there a better 4-channel amp I could get that would have enough power for these speakers?
