Agreed, you're going to kill the looks *and* performance of the vehicle - not to mention the fact that you're going to take a car with a great ride and turn it into a dump truck as far as the ride is concerned, while at the same time neutering the handling performance of the car.

I live in south florida so there everywhere.........but if you can cut and weld ( and when i mean weld i mean it aint gonna come apart) you can do it your self.......what you need to do is cut and weld a plate to exrtend the control arm then your gonna need trailing arms for the rear.......theres a guy down ere that is getting $2000 a pop for cars

To each their own. I personally agree with silicon212 and blownalcoholboy. I'm not here to trample on anyone's opinion, but I (personal peeve) just hate it when someone ruins such a fine vehicle by jacking it up to be like some pimp or ricer boy. Why take a classy look and make it like everyone else??
Like I said, everyone has their own perspective. My guess would be a shop that specializes in used emergency/police vehicles or maybe shop that customizes vehicles. Other than that, I can't be of assistance. I don't know all the parts you would need for such a job.

Wouldnt that throw eveything off, like the speedo and related things. Plus the car would have to be kinda high to prevent rubbing and bootoming out. Go for like 20"s tops.

My mother always taught me "If you can't say something nice, say nothing at all.".
I don't know how someone goes about doing a lift. While I am interested it's not for putting 24" wheels on. I had thought about doing a desert style pre-runner Caprice. That would freak out the people in Baja!
Chris - it's your car. Do what you want with it. Pay no attention to the others.

Chris - If you want to take a nice car and turn it into a curbshot-magnet dump truck, that's your perogative. I'm not telling you not to do it - it's your car and this is the United States of America where you are free to do whatever you want to any property you own (in most cases) - but what I laid out is the negatives to doing so.
It will kill the handling and cornering capability.
It will completely kill the ride. A dump truck is an accurate assessment.
Unless you put rubber bands on the wheels in place of tires, you will kill your acceleration and fuel economy. Stock 225/70HR15s on a 9C1 are 28 inches in diameter, the wheels you want are 24s - your tires would have to be 2" thick maximum. Might as well be driving a forklift.

check out layitlow.com someone on there should be able to help you get the lift kit you want to donkify your ride. don't forget though that the stock braking system won't do shit to stop you. the rolling mass on those wheels and tires is incredible, and checl into you states laws, some states now have made it law that wheels over 20" must have updated brake systems in place
