Intermittent Wippers

I read in the papers the other day that Chrysler just paid out $674 million dollars over 5 years to an inventor who sued Chrysler and proved in court that he invented intermittent wipers...now Chrysler is worried that they will get sued again, when someone claims they invented intermittent engines.
