I just got my Avenger up and running and it's showing signs of CW. I'm sad, I may have to replace my engine.
I feel like this.

It finally threw a code and I had it checked. Code says multiple misfires and misfire on #1 cyl. I know that means my timing is off but I'm still thinking that there may be a problem with my crank. The harmonic balancer I just replaced is wobbling about a difference of 1/4 of an inch. I know that isn't alot but it could get worse, not to mention that the belt is wearing off on one side.

no I've had it for over a year now. I just recently had to replace the harmonic balancer because it sheared the key pin off of the crank gear. I'm guessing there's lots of work ahead for me.

The ECM uses pulses from the crankshaft position sensor for misfire detection. If your harmonic balancer is wobbling, out of balance, etc, it can change the shape of the sine wave that the ECM analyzes for misfire detection. Fix the balancer and your codes will probably go away. It is not a "timing problem" per se.
