Seemed like an interesting story indicative of a lot of things going on as the "Net" gets more regulated & controlled.
I can see Nissan's point as they want that domain & who knows what the whole story is.. I can also see the other side..

He's an idiot and deserves to lose the name, but Nissan Motor Company is wrong and being a bully.
Nissan offered him a large sum of money for the name, but he refused. Had he taken it, he could have retired very comfortably.
Back then he wasn't selling computers, he was simply using the site for banner ads to geneate revenue from people visiting the site.
Now that advertising revenue sucks he is offering more computers, but the computers he currently sells are out of date by 2-3 years, so he's not really trying hard with his company.
I've watched this case for 3 years now, and he keeps coming up with new evidence, and I wonder if any is fabricated.
If I was him, I would have taken the money from Nissan, and registered nissancomputers.com. Too late, it was registered JUST THIS MONTH. I guess Uzi Nissan was sleeping and missed out on that domain.
This is a great site to read about similar suits...
