I gotta admit, I'm jealous now. How did you get such a glossy finish on the dash, with all the original texture. Plus you gotta gimme a hint on where you got those panels done. I'm not goin for flames but maybe they could hook me up with something else.

painting plastic is a pain in the ass! I did it in aprial too so it wasnt quite warm enough, witch made everything dry slow and some pices had to be primed and repainted. just make sure the surface ya painting is verry clean and when you dry it makesure its lent free. thin cotes is the key to this. put as manny cotes as ya like with the color(up to 3) because it may peel the paint, then put 2 thin cotes of clear (the bets ya canget) I used generic black with crylon clear.

the door panels I did myselfe. all ya need is foam, some spray adhisive, cloth, and a pattern. and most likely tear your door apart and modify it. this can not easly be done on all cars. my truck had flat door pannels with thin foam ans vinal. just ripped it off, glued my design on the door and covered it with cloth then just smooth it out tuck it good.

unfortuionally mine didnt stay glued as long as I thought it would after about a month er 2 the cloth started to come undone in parts (just had to push down on it and the bubbles went away but I dont like to have to do that all the time so if anybody has a better idea on how to do this and make it last post it
