domestic vs import debate

im a little bothered by the post banning import domestic debates. does this really hurt anyones feelings? we are talking about cars here, not prom dresses.maybe yankee fans should stop the rivalry with the redsocks. I really dont see the problem here. why dont we all just hug. harmless jokes debates etc are part of the fun of cars. am i the only one that thinks we are all big boys here? hippie

they're banned because there's already like 8 billion of them and none of them ever accomplish anything except getting n00bs banned for making jackass statements.

Thier banned because they are totaly irrelevent.
Read the thread, there is no reason for them to exist as the terms have not had many meaning since the 70s, and were only relevant to North America when they did have some meaning.
