Back Seat...How do I get rid of it?

So, im putting three Clarion 15's where my backseat would normally go (by the way, if you are somewhere in Saskatchewan Canada and want to purchase a used Rockford Fosgate Punch Stage 1 15" subwoofer, please tell me) and I've successfully removed the lower part of the back seat, the part you actually sit on, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the backing part of it off. It's only conneced to my car's body in two places, the two pivots that let you fold the seat down, but I can't remove them from these pivots. If anyone knows, please reply, thanks.

Remove the back seat? But that's where the magic happens...
