Beaks Products?

Are Beaks products good and is the company legit? I mean I ordered from them last thursday, with an email (from them) saying it would shipped out on friday(10/7) or Saturday at the latest(10/8). Today I got an email from them saying they would ship it tommorrow. They have still not responded to any of my emails except the first one asking when it would be shipped. Has anybody else had a bad experience like this from them, I mean they came pretty highly reccommended by several people. They also charged me twice an then gave me one of the refunds back. It just seems like they aren't very professional so far

They are absolutely good and legit. When I had my subframe tearout issues with my Civic (while running their kit might I add) their main customer service guy was quick and on the ball with emailing me explanations of stuff and even sending me out a couple extra collar bushings to use with my current Del Sol VTEC swaybar.

As far as charging you twice, obviously they aren't trying to rip you off since they gave you a refund back for one. Are you sure you didn't accidently submit your order twice or click "submit" twice? That can definitely happen... :uhoh:
