Anyone have advice / guidance on how to change a water pump (91 Lesabre)

I have had an ongoing coolant leak that briefly dissappeared and now back. I have also noticed what sounds like a bearing of some kind. I localized both the noise and the leak to the water pump.

It doesn't look too tricky, but I've never done one before. Just curious if anyone has any tips or links to guides.

Thanks!

at first, I thought the hood was hoaky and would get in the way, but man does it make life easier. You get plenty of light and room to reach all over

good batch of cars
