I searched this forum when my blower motor stopped operating and found some information regarding the blower motor only working on high, but mine did not work at all.
The motor was operating correctly on a manual HVAC system (not automatic), next time vehicle was operated no blower (not high, not low... nothing).
The Blower motor resistor mounted under the passenger side dash (remove 2 screws on unit after pulling push pin for plastic housing on right side).
After removal, found the resistor module was rusted and appeared to have been damaged by moisture buildup.
The part cost about $22 at the local Dodge Dealer.
The blower motor is now working correctly.
