Guys, How much trouble is it to replace the clutch in a Focus. I don't know the year the guy just aked me to replace it. I didn't realize it till later the car was FWD. I've replaced many FWD automatics in GM's and plenty of RWD clutches of all models...but never a FWD Standard. I'm an experienced "driveway" mechanic...I just don't want to get into something needing special tools or not worth my time. Is there anything "special" about this or is it pretty much normal...as in drop the subframe, pop out the transaxles, and change clutch? Any help or info appreciated.

the only special tools i have used when replacing the clutch an a focus is a clutch alignment tool.basic hand tools and air tools are all that were required.
