Dinan question

I have a 97 328is and was reading the dinan book for e36 which says that for the 328 they take a stock throttle body and bored it out from 64.5mm to 66.5mm. Right now I have the dinan cold air intake and stage 2 software. It says that it requires the CAI AND THE STAGE 3 SOFTWARE. I want to know if anyone has done this? How much it cost? If dinan was willing the upgrade them to stage 3 with out having to pay another $400? And if the stage 3 software is really necessary? thx

Stage 3 is necessary... but they may cut you a deal since you already have stg2. Why not forget that idea... save a few more (k) and get the SC :) Zoom zoom.
