92 ECLIPSE GS NOT STARTING I tHINK ITS A ALARM ISSUE HELLLP!

okay i got a new battery and i checked everything the spark the fuel pump the starter .....


i turn my key and my engine rotates but it dont fire....

someone said it mite me a alarm......i got a little black box under my dash and a key go's into it.... but i dont got the key.... do al GS's come with that black box or is mine got a aftermarket alarm,,,,

i also got fuse under my dash that says anti=theft....



help...

My eclipse rs has that system where the chip like thing goes in under the dash. My alarm is called silencer it says on the window somwhere. The car wont start without the chip. It is just like an kill switch.

what can i do to stop it,,, is there a fuse i can pull????
