Heater blower broken

Hello, I have a 93 Talon and it seems that my blower for cabin ventilation is not working. I have replaced the blower motor before shortly after I purchased the car (bought it new). This time I don't want to go through the trouble of paying since it is no longer a new car. Any ideas how I access my blower so I can fix or replace the motor? Thanks.
