Spark Plugs and Interior Light

I need to change the spark plugs on my 1997 Ford Ranger Splash. I know how to do it, but I can't find the dang things. I'm sure they are right in front of me, but I don't want to go pushing and pulling and messing somethign up. Can someone point me in their direction?

Also, the interior dome light has gone out in the cab. What's the easiest way to take it off without breaking it? I've heard that they are very easy to break, but I can't figure out how to loosen it. Thanks for your help.
