O.K. I am stumped. I am working on a 00 neon and am trying to locate the horn. I have heard that it is somewhere on the left side but I haven't had any luck finding the thing.

I have heard that it is somewhere on the left side but I haven't had any luck finding the thing.You may have to remove the front bumper to access it. That's what I have to do to my 99.

Whats up...I have a 96 and the horn is underneath the left corner side of the bumper. It has a plug connected to the bottom of it. I hooked airhorns up to it and ive got to it a few times. If u still cant find it have someone honk it and follow the sound. Its defenitly on the left side under the bumper cover/fender.

I just looked again its not really the fender but on the 96 its right above where the side turn signal is on the inside of the bumper. Thats how to get to it.
